Unlike in many other countries, the term business coach is not protected in Germany. This means that practically anyone, regardless of their qualifications and training, can work as a business coach. That is why I attach particular importance to the fact that all coaches have completed ISO-certified training or are ICF-certified. This is the only way to ensure that you receive the professional quality that you expect from a coach.
